Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Serpent Drift for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game and its content remain our property.

The leaderboards are competitive, so fair play matters. You agree not to:

• Cheat, tamper with the game, or submit falsified or manipulated runs. Submissions are verified server-side; runs that fail verification are rejected and may be removed.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use bots, automation or exploits to gain leaderboard advantage.
• Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes others’ rights.
• Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or restrict access for accounts that break these rules.

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. You can play and browse the leaderboards as a guest, without an account. To submit runs to the leaderboards and the daily board you need to sign in with Google Play Games; signing in also saves your progress to the cloud. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. See our Privacy Policy for the data this involves.

The game is free to download. The first 20 campaign levels, the daily level, the endless mode and the leaderboards are free to play. The rest of the campaign is opened by an optional one-time purchase, the “Full campaign”. The game shows no ads and has no lives or other limit on how often you play.

Purchases are made and processed through Google Play, so Google Play’s terms and refund policy apply, including any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer where applicable. If a purchase is refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, the levels it opened are locked again; your progress, stars and times are kept. A purchase you own can be restored on another device under Settings → Game → “Restore purchases”. In-game items such as stars and snake skins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the game only.

We may update, change or discontinue the game, levels, or leaderboards at any time, including for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the game or its online features will always be available.

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
